“The quality and price of the organic cotton sheets was very good, but we were disappointed with the packaging which appeared to have been stored in a musty environment. This musty smell affected the sheets. however they were OK after a wash, but were not suitable to be placed immediately on a bed. I have bought many times from JustLinen and from other Dawsons online stores and know them to be a first class retailer, but this order was not to their usually high standard.”

“Just received my order. Very happy with the pillows BUT the quality of the Duvet set was very, very poor for the price. I had not looked it was 180 count because for the price I expected far better. Could get better in Primark! Unfortunately I will have to pay for return postage as when contacted they say it is my fault that it is poor quality. Their description should say a thin material some may prefer for Warmer weather. So I am very unlikely to order from them again”
