Sadly a 2 on this occasion and all because of the very poor delivery experience. Disappointingly as DPD generally v good.
I complained using online chat to DPD - not worth my time! He eventually just stopped talking to me! I emailed Dawson’s twice about the delivery experience on Friday and no reply yet - it’s PM Tuesday;(
