“The colours are not at all as shown on the website. On the web it appears as gold and red. The actual colour is mid brown and dark burgundy. This is disappointing as I was looking for gold and red to go with the room.”

“Once towels were despatched it was very quick, I’m happy with the quality of 3 towels, however one has come damaged and I sent an email to you with pictures and have never received a reply. You also have to pay to return items.”

“Stumbled upon this website (JustLinen.co.uk) whilst looking for a linen tablecloth.. I didn’t find any tablecloths; however, I did find some bedding which I’d been after for a while, at an amazing price. Order process was easy, delivery was pretty fast considering Christmas/New Year and Coronavirus. The Scion bedding which I purchased was very competitively priced. The Catherine Lansfield bedding was cheaper than anywhere else on the internet where stock was available (the latter being Christmas bedding, many other retailers had inflated their prices above the usual price, yet JustLinen was considerably below the usual price).”
