“Just Linen arranged for the item to be sent quickly but it arrived in a dreadful state, covered in a black grease like substance and smelled of dirty oil. Inside the package the duvet cover in it's packaging also smelled of grease/oil and the outer cover had traces of a black grease like substance. I think that it is time that you changed your delivery company as the parcel was delivered by a man not wearing a mask. Totally unprofessional!”
