“Just Value Doors were really helpful when we were deciding what sort of door to get - especially as we need a Fire Door. There were lots of designs to choose from and helpful people at the end of an email promptly responding when we had questions. Once we had chosen the door there was quite a wait until we were ready for delivery - but we did get two email reminders each day as to whether we wanted to confirm the order!”

“Website easy is easy to use and navigate prices are fair and quality is good but I did get a surprise from the £65 delivery fee put on at the end after I had already gave the customer a price.”

“Ordered windows for supply, decided to have a go fitting myself (as numerous previous bad experiences with poor window fitters). Website was stright forward with helpful guides, placed order awaiting delivery in 3-4 weeks. will update review once deliveryed regarding quaility of product”

“No real issues, but could do with more information about what is being ordered. Configuration page should include a pdf technical spec which includes the profiles and full drawings with measurements, and there is no way to add extra information into the order. Apart from that, ok”

Hi Glenn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Feedback like yours is essential for us to continue improving the service and products we offer. Our 'Downloads' page on our website contains PDF files showcasing a lot of detail regarding the products we sell, including profiles and cross sections. We also have an 'Additional Notes' box when checking out online or our sales team can always assist with extra information or requests. We will look to see if we can make both the Downloads and Additional Notes sections more obvious, to avoid future confusion - perhaps, as you suggested, on the configuration page. “Easy to navigate, and all the main information is there, but would be helpful if there was a full spec of the window being considered, with a formal drawing. Also - It would be good if the online form included an 'other information we might need' box as there is no way of passing other useful bits of information as part of the order.”
