“Had good prices & renewd my Insurance , I asked for Cruise Cover & it wasn't on paper work , only as an option , when I rang , the lady said it was on , it was not on mine , & as sometime they ask for proof , I asked could it be sent , you're employee , was rather impationant . But did send it , would have been easier if it had been on my paper work . But as it's now sorted . Thank you”
