“Love the prices, good product choices and prompt free delivery. Loses a star for communication requesting a change of delivery address which was emailed 2 hours after order was placed. The response was sent after the item had been delivered to the default address, could’ve easily been rectified as the item wasn’t dispatched for two days after I’d flagged the error.”

“The product is not what I was expecting. I usually have a spray bottle with a separated liquid in it. The one I received has a pump action bottle and is a creamy texture. The wording on the old bottle reads “daily shine and protect spray” I am hoping that it does the same job. As the new bottle sates “Instant shine and repair treatment”. I have aging hair and I like it to be smooth, shiny and silky. I wonder if you can tell me if the lotion I received is the one I need for that result?”
