“Yeah was initially a bit warily about ordering due to some previous reviews, but I had no.problems with item ordered which was received within the 2 day promised delivery time at a great price, thankyou.”

“I ordered a hairdryer but I was sent the wrong model. Maria in Customer Services was extremely helpful however and the correct model was sent out after a few days. It was difficult only being able to return things via Royal Mail as they failed to honour the collection I booked so I had to go and queue up at the post office. It would be good to have the choice to be able to return via Evri as well. However, the response to my problem was excellent and I even got a response on a Sunday.”

“Always delivered promptly and very well packaged to prevent damage. I usually buy products at reduced prices. It's a pity they increased the minimum spend for free postage from £10 to £20, but I suppose that's inflation!”

“Delivery was delayed which they didn't inform me about before placing the order or after (I tried to track my order and it showed me a message saying orders were delayed at this time). The order eventually came but I was out of the country by then. Someone was able to open it and check it though and all was fine, no leaks and all items were correct. Delayed delivery was annoying but delivery was free so can't complain too much and they had the items I wanted. I will probably shop there again in future but will order early next time!”

“Usually find them the lowest prices for quality products. But a little disappointed as I was prompted to order when there was an offer of a free gift , this didn't arrive with items ordered and on top of this the items I ordered went down in price the next week when there was no free gift. I shall be very careful next time. But other than that little grievance I find them an excellent company with good delivery rates and times.”

“Bought this product for my daughters birthday when she initially asked for it the price was £4 cheaper than what i ended up paying due to it being near Mother’s Day so the product was out on as a Mother’s Day special but was actually dearer than a few week earlier,apart from that she loves it”
