“Excellent customer service, and I am more than happy with the service that I receive from Jumblies models. I recent completed another preorder plus an in stock item from them. Having been after a JC Wings item which was instock as well as another preorder JCWings model that was due in that week. I made contact had a friendly chat, paid and finalished everything for a delivery as promised within the 48 hrs arrival option. I was made up when they arrived. Excellent safe packaging, love the models certainly surpasses the manufactors pictures. I couldn't be any happier, can't wait to ge them on display. I can certainly recommend Jumblies models both for servie and quality at competitive prices, will continue to use in the future and thank you from a happily satisfid customer.”

“I prefer to use Jumblies for all my pre orders, they only want a deposit, so if the pre order is delayed it is not an issue, compared to sellers that want the whole amount upfront. When the kits enter stock they combine postage and package really well, to me a perfect seller”

“it would have been 5 star review but on this occasion the packaging was slightly crushed! on arrival luckily the contents which was for me was OK but on previous orders they all arrived in good order no damage to any of the boxes.. but this has not put me off from buying again from Jumblies which I'm sure I will be doing in the near future..”
