“Have used both their preorder and normal order services and have had no problems at all. The idea of a £5 deposit for a preorder item is perfectly fair, as the buyer you know your going to get what yoicve ordered, especially if there's the possibility of there being limited stocks, and for the supplier they are assured of sales, instead of hoping people will honor their request. Have had no issues with packaging or posting, all in all A1.”

“Recently pre-ordered two model kits from the Modelcollect range, and whilst I had to wait for them coming, I couldn't have got them any cheaper. Once I was informed they had been dispatched, they arrived in the given time frame quoted, (and Royal Mail Parcelforce isn't always the best at delivery!!!). The two kits arrived in a sturdy cardboard box, and were well packaged up. I would use Jumblies Models again, as they are competitive on price, and dispatch their kits securely packaged up for transport.”

“Like most orders I have placed for Aviation 72 models, it arrived damaged. Not sure if the fault lies with the manufacturer or the supplier, but it has put me off ordering any more.”

“I signed up for emails, they come in with new future releases- I preorder and GET the kits when they are released. Simple as that! No complaints whatsoever! And I don’t have to hunt for new kits or pay crazy eBay prices for them!”

“Received another pre-order again this week without any issues - very efficient as usual. Problem is tax processes in Australia have changed. I did ask your office if any Aussie's had had any issues and you advised not as yet but the system was only activated 1 July 2018. Other suppliers I use across several countries have change their process to accommodate the new process. So the concern still remains that at some time we may find our orders getting stuck in Australian Customs. As an example I had a recent consignment of Lego from Lego stuck in Australian Customs for around two months due to tax issues. I have at least 4 planes I want to pre-order but I am still concerned about placing new orders. Thanks, Geoff”
