“I have been buying models from Jumblies for many years, and always find them to be very helpful, models always well packed and quickly delivered. Pre-orders give peace of mind that models will be available when released. If you have an issue, which is rare, very quickly resolved. Will continue to buy my models from Jumblies.”

“I found Jumblies models by recommendation, and rang up to find out how I could secure a model aircraft, that was going to be difficult to find elsewhere on pre-order. A nice gentleman talked me through the ordering process, and after having had that model and others delivered, I have all my pre-order models with this company. For years I have been used to getting emails from retailers, returning my deposit, and sorry for this that or the other, blaming manufacturers, wholesalers and in fact everyone bar the company I had placed my order with! It's different here, and so far I have had 100% delivered. I have been told it's not a totally guaranteed system as things do go wrong, but it is totally guaranteed that this company will go the extra mile to supply orders, and will close the order book when they can't secure any more stock, so the customers that have ordered, get looked after. I'm a very happy camper!”

“The pre order system is perfect - nothing to do as a buyer except pay the deposit. After that it\s forget about it until the email comes to tell you the item is ready for dispatch and you pay the balance. I think I have had about 10 items now, some as pre orders and some not - I have never had a problem.”
