“Hello. I ordered my new project on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. The kit was well packed in a strong box, wrapped in bubble wrap. The kit box was undamaged, as was the kit inside. And it was the cheapest out there, including postage. All the information I needed was supplied. This included when the parcel was sent to when it was delivered. Great service. Would I use Jumblies again? Oh yes, most definitely.”

“It was a pre-order item that I purchased. Communication could have been better, (hence only 4 stars)I kept having to email for updates. When the item was in stock it was despatched promptly and arrived quickly. Overall good service, good stock and good prices.”

“Jumblies offer a good range of models at competitive prices. Not quite so good; their website is a little glitchy, price matching doesn't work well (not at all in my experience) and their packaging is basic, compared to their competitors.”

“I bought the Border Models 1/32 Cockpit. Great service and a good price, along with speedy delivery! Not their fault, but the clear parts in the kit were fogged in places and won't polish out (see pics). I messaged Border Models who said they were sending out replacement clear parts to dealers when they send out the 'Dambusters' version of the kit. So, hopefully, Jumblies will send a set out to me!”
