“Jeans sent were too small. Returned immediately and delivered return to Jules B on the 20th Dec 2021. Asked for an exchange to a different size but still waiting for Jules B to confirm they did receive the return and are sending out an exchange. E mailed 3 times but not had a proper communication response. I do expect more than this from Jules B.”
“Scissors in set were rusty and poor quality. Could have brought a better one £5 at Superdrug’s. Disappointed as a Christmas present.
Jules B wouldn’t help really. They said they would send a replacement but I could return. But he had his heart of this set so I’ve had to go and spend more money buy new scissors.”
“After calling jules B to say the wrong item was delivered, I arranged for collection at a cost of 60pence. Ordered the same item again after speaking to customer care. But the wrong Item arrived again for the second time. Contact customer services, they arrange for a free return. But now I have been told the item I want, is out of stock. Ended up having to ordered from Holland and Cooper direct instead. Still waiting for my refund from Jules B”
