“I have always been very happy with the quality of packing and packaging used by Jules B. This time it was poor, 3 garments in a carrier bag with 2 sheets of tissue and no documentation. The absence of a box was explained as a problem due to Covid 19 as was the delivery delay. However the packing could have been much better with more tissue used. One dress was so creased it was not worth trying on and obviously I did not wish to press it as that could invalidate a return.”

“Perfectly fine but did n't go the extra mile in making purchase special ie an attractive card, a free pack of earring backs or even a dutch biscuit (which came with my coffee machine necessities )in other words I did n't feel particularly valued as a customer!”

“Jules website was easy to navigate and user friendly. Sadly fake cloths are sold on the site. I think Jules should warn the sellers or the companies selling fake things on the site would make customers leave the site.”
