“If no one is available to take your call, a team member calls you back promptly. My questions are answered politely and efficiently and with patience if I don't understand something first time. Thankfully, Jukes are still happy to send hard copies of quotes etc which I appreciate as I do not want everything via the internet.”

“My work doesnt change year on year but I need to fill in the forms every year, this I don't like and is frustrating, a simple note to say all is the same should do. The staff are great the process is a pain, I would move to someone else if they didnt ask for the same thing every year.”
