“Had an auful experience with JT Spas.
Order meant to be delivered Friday at the latest to then be told it would be here the Tuesday after to find that actually it was now going to be Wednesday first thing in the morning and even the delivery was late on the Wednesday. Bad customer service would never use JT SPAS again!
We have now had to pay for 3 days extra work for our plumber. We have had great service from other suppliers and the service we have recieved from JT Spas is appalling. Don't even bother. Go else where!”
“I ordered 2 shower screens from JT on the 8th August. They were in stock, but here I am still waiting for them on the 18th August. Very poor communication, poor delivery service. I'm ready to cancel the order and will do tomorrow if I've heard nothing.

“Delivery driver arrived on four separate occasions with our order and expected by partner to help him unload the order from the van and search for our order as well Unfortunately although we unpacked the items and checked them, when our plumber came to fit the shower tray it was damaged. A small chip that had obviously not occurred during transportation. Rang the company and they refused to replace it but eventually said they would but not whilst our plumber was doing the work, it would be delivered at the end of the week, I rang on a Monday. We had waited a year to find a plumber who was available and therefore had no choice but to order another shower tray from another company. We were on holiday whilst this was going on, on my return I contacted them to ask if we could have a refund, the answer was no!! They delivered the wrong loo seat, an extra cistern and all of this has cost me both time and money contacting them regarding supplying faulty goods and not reimbursing the customer it is outrageous!! They directed me to the 48 hour policy but we received our order over several days not on the same day therefore how can one check an order when you receive it over several days. They also took money for an item that they couldn't supply and we informed them that we would purchase it elsewhere. We are still waiting for our replacement loo seat and our plumber has now finished to work with another client. Would I recommend this company, NO!! Would my plumber recommend this company, NO!! However, what they do supply without any damage is good quality. I also think that they need to review their 48 hour policy, storing large items safely in a home requires you to leave some of the packaging on, and in our case this is how we missed the small chip!! We are on a tight budget to renovate our property and it is such a shame that I have to write such a negative review.”

“Placed an order with Jt Spas for a bifold glass door and side panel which I was told could take up to 10 days to be delivered. Waited just over 2 weeks with nothing delivered before making contact. It took me 4 phone calls over 3 days before I finally got the answer that the order would be delayed for a further 2 months due to supply issues. It then took a further 5 calls and 1 week of waiting to get a refund. Awful customer service, would never use them again and I found a better product at a cheaper price which arrived in 4 days with Victoria plumbing. Do not use JT Spas”
