“Ordered a towel rail and had a conformation email, did not receive further email. I emailed twice and had no reply. I phoned six times in two weeks and kept being fobbed off, eventually it arrived. Rubbish company and would never use again.”

We are really sorry you had a bad experience in regards to your bathroom order being delayed, but are happy to hear you now have your bathroom towel rail. The transport company used had mis-routed the order. Since the transport company could not locate the goods we re-dispatched with another Express Courier and will not use the other courier again.

“After choosing the bathrooom suite and ordering it. I received the normal emails for delivery confirmation etc. I received most parts except the bath and taps promptly. The bath was delayed due to a production problem which delayed it for a week which went on longer. When the bath did turn up it was incorrect. After some interaction with JT Spas I got an upgrade to a 10 jet from a 6 jet whirlpool bath. all is now great it looks fantastic and the quality is excellent for the cost of the suite. So overall despite the late delivery really happy with the bathroom suite.”
