“I have been meaning to write this review for some time now only just got around to it. I purchased 2Bliss Chrome Square TMV2 Thermostatic Fixed Head Shower with Riser Rail and Detachable Head from JT Spas a couple of months ago one of which is installed. Couple of months on and I am delighted with both the shower head and the service I received from JT Spas. I had read some pretty awful reviews about them prior to purchase so I phoned up and spoke to them directly prior to purchase. As they said, happy customers rarely ever leave reviews, hence I am changing that! There were also problems with their card verification authorisation which blocked my credit card payment, again a bit annoying, but not JT Spas fault. In the end, although wary of doing so, I made the payment by bank transfer, again thankfully without issue. I guess the best compliment I can pay them I would happily purchase form them again in the future.”
“Quality product & service. Large shower tray was delivered at designated time and no waiting in all day. We were delighted with the finish to the tray but unfortunately our tiler dropped a tile and chipped the surface, however customer services spoke to the manufacturer on our behalf and helped to resolve our problem. I highly recommend them.”
“Not a company to deal with, customer service and product knowledge none existent. The bottom control is the hot/cold control, did not work straight out of the box. Explained problem, they sent the direction valve, which is the top valve. They sent another along with video, video for a completely different unit. The unit they sent was a hot/cold unit but had no screw thread to fix it in. I complained again and they said I had to pay for a new valve, which I did to get the job moving. After 1 month of messing about and many hours fitting etc I now have a working shower but they refuse to refund my money for the faulty valve. You have been warned”
Apologies we had sent over the product manual for the exchange from teh manufacturer as the item sent was incorrect, however there was not any additional payment for the replacement this was sent free of charge and advised to dispose of the the original item if not needed, additional instructions from the product manufacturer was sent and and mentioned thankfully installed and working correctly for you

Apologies order received 4days ago we advise delivery within 5-7 working days, the Trim arrived separately normally the courier calls you to confirm apologies if this never happened, but i think you mentioned on your call you were called about that.
The main delivery of wall panels is due tuesday/wednesday the delivery company advised. Looking at emails we emailed the delivery details for tracking a few days ago in case you needed to speak with them we use a Specialist Delivery Service for fragile goods such as wall panels but always request them to delivery asap we dispatched within 48hrs. We have reviewed the recorded call with the customer service person to check if they were rude but i believe they were trying to be as helpful as possible and chased the delivery company to get date for you normally we do aim for 4-5 working days on free delivery option apologies it is closer to the advertised 7 working days.
