After choosing the bathrooom suite and ordering it. I received the normal emails for delivery confirmation etc. I received most parts except the bath and taps promptly. The bath was delayed due to a production problem which delayed it for a week which went on longer. When the bath did turn up it was incorrect. After some interaction with JT Spas I got an upgrade to a 10 jet from a 6 jet whirlpool bath. all is now great it looks fantastic and the quality is excellent for the cost of the suite. So overall despite the late delivery really happy with the bathroom suite.
