“The earing and necklace set were really lovely, and the delivery was really quick. Just a shame that it didn't say they weren't boxed, or give the option of buying a box to go with it.”

“Earrings were a little smaller than expected, but both the earrings and ring were very nice.”

“Good delivery. Prefer older style boxes where the bracket/bangle is up right. Disappointed that the older style box wasn’t an option”

“Overall it was a good service, was delighted with the actual jewellery. The thing that let it down was that the earrings I purchased was only wrapped in bubble wrap, on opening one of the posts was bent, which I managed to straighten, whereas the brooch I ordered was in a lovely box & was actually cheaper than the earrings. Had it not been for this, I would have rated it as very good.”

“Voting 4 stars because an item came incorrectly. However! A quick call to customer services, they were very helpful and apologetic, made sure the item I should have recieved was in stock. Then directed me to their returns process, They have a free simple returns policy, and only a few days later the correct item arrived! Great service, the jewelry looks and feels great, I will use them again.”

“Description did not say whether the product would arrive in a jewellery box or not so I had to buy that separately in the end. Otherwise a very easy to navigate website.”

“Good website and option and variety of products, however wish it was delivered in a box rather than just tissue paper.”
