“Overall it was a good service, was delighted with the actual jewellery. The thing that let it down was that the earrings I purchased was only wrapped in bubble wrap, on opening one of the posts was bent, which I managed to straighten, whereas the brooch I ordered was in a lovely box & was actually cheaper than the earrings. Had it not been for this, I would have rated it as very good.”

“Voting 4 stars because an item came incorrectly. However! A quick call to customer services, they were very helpful and apologetic, made sure the item I should have recieved was in stock. Then directed me to their returns process, They have a free simple returns policy, and only a few days later the correct item arrived! Great service, the jewelry looks and feels great, I will use them again.”

“Really pleased with my two purchases as the quality is very good. They were last minute purchases as I had been searching endlessly for clip on earrings and a hair clip for some time and these items were perfect, however I was a little disappointed that the next day delivery took so long to arrive meaning I did not have the jewellery to complete my outfit for a wedding I was attending 5 days after placing the order. This is possibly due to the delivery company, so it would not necessarily deter me from ordering again from Jon Richard.”

“Absolutely stunning The only down fall was it just came in a small amount of bubble wrap and the box 📦 it was posted in. One side of the box was badly crushed I don’t know how it wasn’t badly damaged Just a Shame their was no box for something special especially on the biggest day”

“I ordered 6 pairs of of which were amazing value, on trend and look more expensive than they were. However one pair arrived damaged due to the poor quality. At this stage I will use ipthe site again”

“Lovely earrings always pleased with Jon Richard jewellery. Not a complaint but pity packaging not better. Perhaps box with company name on instead of plastic bag. I know you can purchase box but for prices packaging could be better anyway”
