“Lovely bracelet .but fastening link just came away from the main bracelet last weekend without any reason.I managed to fix this with the help of a tweezers to close the link but this whole event was totally unexpected x”

“Overall it was a good service, was delighted with the actual jewellery. The thing that let it down was that the earrings I purchased was only wrapped in bubble wrap, on opening one of the posts was bent, which I managed to straighten, whereas the brooch I ordered was in a lovely box & was actually cheaper than the earrings. Had it not been for this, I would have rated it as very good.”

“Voting 4 stars because an item came incorrectly. However! A quick call to customer services, they were very helpful and apologetic, made sure the item I should have recieved was in stock. Then directed me to their returns process, They have a free simple returns policy, and only a few days later the correct item arrived! Great service, the jewelry looks and feels great, I will use them again.”
