“This bracelet arrived quite damaged and faulty and now I have to wait weeks to get a refund as o have to post it back to the UK from Australia - you can clearly see by the pics that it is damaged but they wa t me to return it before I get a refund so k have paid for something I can’t wear.”

“Unfortunately I still have not received my order which I placed in the 13th October. I was told to expect delivery I 5 working days but now have to wait until the 29th which is 10 working days. Do I may need a refund or wait for a recorder. Disappointing as these were ordered for a birthday present for the 29th October”
