“Jewellery purchased is for my daughters wedding. She chose it as her bridal jewellery and is over the moon with it. Arrived super fast too,ordered one evening arrived within 2 days. Very impressed”

“When I needed a gift for my cousin who was turning 90 years old I noticed a name on a jewellery box. I went online to check out Jon Richard collection and noticed some lovely lines and prices. I found something and purchased it then realised I was leaving the country in a week and the delivery would be the day before I leave I contacted customer service and they sent it directly I received it the next day couldn't believe it.... what service I was so impressed. Thank you Jon Richard.”

“This is beautiful! Very pretty and seems very well made, not flimsy at all. I'm looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day in a few weeks. I do agree with the comment on a previous review that it would be nice to have a presentation box or something as it is so lovely, seems a shame to have it loose.”

“We bought a gorgeous wooden table in grey. After 8 months the table wore out? Paint was coming off! I tried to get a representative to fix it. No one would come? This was 2,400 dollars and should be repaired! Very very unhappy! Do not use this company! 😨😱😱😱😨😨😰😰😥😥😥😓😓😓😰😨😨😨😨😰😥😓”

“Fantastic service. I had a bad experience ordering the same item through debenhams, had I known that I could order direct from jon richard I would have done so in the first place. Their customer service advisor by the name of Tracey was absolutely brilliant and reassuring. Through her clear communication my order was received on time. Packaging was lovely and the necklace I ordered was loved by the recipient.”

“I rarely write reviews, good or bad, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. The earrings I ordered were exactly what I wanted, were as good as, if not better than, they looked in the pictures. Shipping was efficient. I received them a couple of weeks before I thought I would. Only positives here. I would shop here again.”

“I ordered three items from your collection via Debenhams for my friends 60th birthday. The items are beautiful and I have kept all three items. However, I am very disappointed that none of these items arrived in gift boxes- in bubble wrap only. As they are gifts how can I give to my friend wrapped in bubble wrap? In total I spent £ 61 pounds and no presentation boxes? If you are not willing to provide boxes for free then at least give the option to pay for boxes. I am sure if I had not bought on line but in store the items would all have been in gift boxes.”

Hi Julie, We are sorry you are disappointed. If a product comes with a gift box the image online will include this - unfortunately not all our products come with gift boxes. We have boxes available on our website pricing between £1 and £4. I hope this has helped.
