“Sterling silver polished heart beaded stretch bracelet: Bought recently and first time worn the polish was coming off the heart and the band on the bracelet. So disappointed and trying to sort out return as went through Debenhams to buy this item.”

“I have bought loads of excellent Jon Richard Jewellery over the years from both the High Street stores and their online shopping Websites. I found out recently they had their own website jonRichard.com so I could buy direct from them. Since finding their own website jonRichard.com I have ordered many pieces of Jewellery (Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings) and I have been very happy with all of them, they have all been excellent quality, just as described, they look as great as the photos, are great value, delivery costs have been reasonable and they've always arrived safe and on time. I will definitely be buying more Jewellery direct from jonRichard.com in the future. 5stars”
