“Products are good however I purchased two of the same product and one of them was odd. It was a few sets of studs and one of the sets were odd.”

“I was happy with the bridal head piece that I recently purchased it was exactly as I saw in the picture and was very pretty, just what I was looking for but was disappointed that it did not come in what I would consider appropriate packaging, as it is for a special occasion you would think it would at least come in a box to keep it safe before/after the big day instead of a plastic bag inside the delivery packaging. It might sound silly but that’s my opinion.”

“The items that I purchased for my daughters wedding were lovely except that was a bit disappointed with the bracelet as it did not fit her wrist as seems to be just one size fits all but as she put this on it fell off straight away. But the necklace was beautiful.”

“I was extremely happy with the speed of delivery and quality of the goods. Unfortunately although I bought matching items of Jewellery the necklace was less colourful than the bracelet- aurora borealis! Will have to carry on searching as it made a huge difference to my outfit.”

“Brought several hair accessories and all were beautiful. One had arrived slightly damaged but after speaking to customer services a replacement was sent that day and arrived the next. Can’t fault customer service and the products”

“Was really disappointed in how my bridesmaids hair slides came, the packaging in the shops was beautiful but home delivery just wrapped in bubble wrap, for the money I spent I was disappointed in how they arrived.”
