“Although the jewellery is very nice and there is nothing wrong with it the packaging of the product was quite poor! This is due to the fact that it came in a small plastic sealed bag in a card bored box. There was no box to wrap the jewellery up nice with and keep it secure and the fact that it was a gift and have therefore had to go out and buy a large box for the necklace and earrings to go in is also poor.”

“This company is brilliant! They have so many lovely and excellent quality items . I ordered items for my daughters wedding (and during the covid 19- They were so helpful Tracey especially 😘) and gave a very personal and considerate service. I bought online a selection so we could choose. We chose a beautiful comb for my daughters bridal hair and some earrings for me from this selection delivered to my home. We then contacted the company via e mail to arrange the free return/refund of unwanted items via Hermes. Despite the wedding needing to be postponed...we have them now for a date next year and we are both so pleased with the items! Excellent choice of products and service with returns policy. Thank you Jon Richard and your staff. Keep well and safe!!”

“The jewellery is truly beautiful and great quality. It arrived on time, however I was slightly dissapointed by the packaging. Although, I am aware it is stated in the description of the products, I would still expect a bride tiara not to come in a bubble wrapping but a proper box. If the packaging was included than it would be 5/5 stars.”
