“I ordered two bracelets recently and received them within three days. They are exactly as described and I am delighted with them. I did not have any problems with either ordering or receiving my purchase. Jon Richard's always have very good products and I would be very happy to order from them again.”

“My purchases never arrived instead I got an email a number of weeks after ordering to say my order status had updated to a refund-I was so upset as I was ordering jewellery for my bridesmaids that I cannot find anywhere else!”

“This was a bit of a rushed 18th present so I was made up at the next day delivery. The quality and fit was perfect. I did presume however, that it would automatically come in a nice presentation box and not bubble wrap! I therefore had to rush round and find one to buy from another shop .”

“Rebecca at customer services went out of her way to help me when I changed my mind from gold to silver. She was extremely courteous and efficient. The jewellery is for my daughter's wedding and so she made sure it was sent out in good time. The necklace and bracelet are absolutely beautiful, just what I was looking for and will be much worn. Thanks Jon Richard.”

“Prompt delivery. Not happy with the packaging especially as it is for a gift for my mother's birthday. Chain is marked where it has been folded into a plastic bag. Hopefully will straighten when worn or I will return it.”

“The website is easy to navigate and shows off the products beautifully. I got a confirmation email when my order and recieved and when dispatched. I ordered 4 bracelets to give to my bridesmaids on my wedding day next month. When they arrived I was so impressed as they looked even nicer then they did in store! They're alabokutely beautiful and make a lovely gift- I can't wait to give them to them. Thank you very much. Would definitely order from here again, great value for money.”
