“Lovely pieces, and quick delivery. Although £20 for a bracelet to arrive just in a little packet, i had expected it to arrive in maybe a little box.”

“I received 2 personalised necklaces that came in beautiful velvet gift bags I am very happy with these products and how quickly they arrived. I also received a mesh heart necklace which is also beautiful however, I was disappointed it arrived in a plastic bag with no gift bag or box.”

“My purchases are so lovely, the only thing I was a bit disappointed with is that I had ordered two necklaces (one with earings) and only had one gift box come. I had bought them as two seperate gifts so would have been nice to have two gift boxes. However I did read after that they only come with gift box if stated (At the time I didnt notice this). I didnt really want to use a gift box without your branding on but yeah apart from that beautiful jewellery. Thankyou!”

“One chain and 2 of the bracelets were so beautiful and elegant looking, I bought 2 rings and both of them are very poor in quality and not very good looking, how ever they are £15 so they are ok for the price 😂”

“Beautiful earrings-one pair was a lot bigger than looked online - I would have returned but it says on packaging no return of pierced earrings (understandably) but don't recall seeing this info on site? Otherwise delighted with purchase (not happy with delivery courier who threw it over my back gate on 1st attempt at delivery!)”

“Unfortunately when my order arrived one of the earrings was broken. I contacted Jon Richard's and after a quick response I was advised to destroy them rather than sending them back and a refund was immediately processed. They were very helpful in rectifying the situation.”
