“Beautiful earrings-one pair was a lot bigger than looked online - I would have returned but it says on packaging no return of pierced earrings (understandably) but don't recall seeing this info on site? Otherwise delighted with purchase (not happy with delivery courier who threw it over my back gate on 1st attempt at delivery!)”

“Unfortunately when my order arrived one of the earrings was broken. I contacted Jon Richard's and after a quick response I was advised to destroy them rather than sending them back and a refund was immediately processed. They were very helpful in rectifying the situation.”

“I have always liked thus jewellery but have usually got as gift. I ordered a few items recently and the quality did not disappoint. It is elegant in its simplicity. My emails were answered swiftly and I will definitely be ordering again.”

“I bought a heart necklace from jonRichard , as its my daughters 25th birthday in may 2020. Shes not had it yet ..but its beautiful .one thing i would say is it may have been better presented in a box or a nice mesh bag with a silk ribbon. But i would defo recomend them.m.j.Woodall.”
