“My daughter in law loved her necklace, but I was shocked when it arrived, just in bubble wrap and no box! A box would have been lovely l, it was £30 and for that price it was expected. I probably wouldn’t order again due to this fact!”

“I used Jon Richard to buy bracelets to go into Christmas boxes for a charity which helps women in need. Customer Services people went out of their way to help and advise me, and managed to get me a very good price. Everyone who saw the bracelets thought how pretty they were, and the recipients were delighted. I would certainly use this company again; their products are lovely, and the Customer Service was outstanding!”
