“I'd like to give a big applause to Karol from John Charcol. Karol is fantastic when it comes to helping with mortgages. He is super dedicated, cares about customer and he is always very professional. It is very hard to impress me but Karol somehow managed to do it! Well done!!! Highly recommended!”

“Customer service was first class and highly successful in obtaining a great deal for us. Navigating the financial markets can be very stressful but not with Dan as our professional, knowledgeable adviser. He found us the mortgage product that we needed and was affordable for us. There was no high pressure sales pitch and all our enquiries were responded to speedily and with courtesy.We have no hesitation in recommending this service.”

“Mark Brazier thoroughly researched the market and found a suitable product for me. However, this was withdrawn and he had to start the whole process over again.He went to great lengths to find an alternative product during uncertain interest rate rises.I am very grateful that in the end my new purchase was successful. Throughout the period of negotiation I was kept informed at every stage and am grateful to Cristian Lupu for his untiring efforts to bring things to a conclusion. John Charcol provided a very professional and personal service and I have been happy to recommend them to others.”

“Thank you Ashish Raval and Emma Moores for all your help and expertise in working out the mortgage. My mortgage was a bit complicated for a variety of reasons but Ashish's experience in dealing with expat mortgages really came handy. Besides, he was always happy to answer questions and simplify the procedures. Emma was similarly helpful, prompt, and efficient in pushing the transaction to completion. So, overall kudos to the team. I always felt that someone competent was looking out for my interests and I am getting the best advice possible.”
