“Hi, I have just received my order but only partionally.I only received one out of three candles and no free samples. Unfortunately THe Royal Mail did not leave my order outside my door as requested. Regards Thomas Andrew”

Dear Customer, We despatched your item super quickly, with free delivery and added the free samples that you asked for. We sent an email confirming that the item was despatched. This review is a surprise to us as we haven't heard anything from you about your order being delayed. We checked all our systems and couldn't find any messages from you. We sent the item and assumed your received as all our other customers, usually when there's a delayed, the customer asks for their order, so we sort it out straight away. We will contact you directly to get some details for us to be able to check with Royal Mail. We're sorry that your order hasn't arrived, but please keep in mind that we always sort out any orders that get delayed or lost in transit, it doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we are here to make sure our customers get their products ASAP.
