“Unfortunately the daily superfoliant was sent to me instead of daily microfoliant which I opened so could not return it. The superfoliant is far too harsh for my skin.”

Dear Customer, we sent you an email on tuesday with a postage paid return label for your item. We haven't heard from you since then. You can still return the product for an exchange. Please contact us by email or just send it back for free. Apologies for the human error, they don't happen very often but when they do, we always sort it out as soon as possible. As we explained in our telephone call, the loose powder is not the same as the refill, which is why it wouldn't fit, however I am glad that you are still happy to keep the product that you purchased.
