It is a very popular OPI product and we haven't had any complaints about this Avojuice during the last 10 years that we have been an AUTHORISED OPI Stockists. “I ordered this cream to aid a skin condition I was suffering with so needed it ASAP. The cream however took weeks to arrive and when I tried to track down my order there was no trace of the order in my history. The only proof I had was my paypal payment.”

Dear Customer, we are sorry to hear that your parcel didn't arrive as quick as you were expecting it. Unfortunately, at that time the snow in the UK stopped many parcels getting to their destinations on time as many roads were too dangerous for the Royal Mail vans. Please remember that if you need the product to arrive in 1-3 days, we suggest to choose our Premium or Special Delivery service rather than our Free Standard delivery.
