“My order took 12 days to arrive after previously emailing Joe & Sephs asking whats gone wrong, i recieved an automated reply stating they never predicted that the promotion would be as busy as it was, but i recieved an automated response, LOL! Should have planned better prior to the promotion! I recieved an email the day it was delivered stating that we're sorry for the delay, but, you'll be happy to know its been delivered. I WASN'T, the excitement was gone and i no longer cared and frankly the popcorn was sickly sweet. Enough said.”

“It took 12 days to arrive and all you have to say is the promotion was busier than predicted. It should have been planned for regardless of outcome. The popcorn was ok, a little on the sweet side for my liking bit hey hoe,each to their own. Im not rating on the quality of the popcorn but rather the service or lack thereof.”

“Over two weeks and still haven't received my small order of Popcorn. Contacted Joe & Seph's only to be told sorry, its dispatched, please be patient. Rubbish Customer Service on top of rubbish fulfillment of an order. Checked dates and it was a week after placing order before I received a dispatched email (which we all know doesn't mean its left the seller). Now a week later it still hasn't arrived. Let's hope its worth waiting for although at this rate it'll be past its use by date. Scary that in the 'How many days did the delivery take' question below there's an option for over a month”
