The quality of the bars wasn’t good. Maybe it’s personal taste but I was expecting the texture and taste like the popcorn. Very disappointed

I was really excited to try these after getting them through Vodafone. So disappointed. The popcorn tasted old, like it’s been left out for days and then made into a bar. Even the kids hated them and as soon as they took a bite, they spit it out. Wouldn’t buy again, ever.

Not happy. I should have worked it out why this special was on! I have received old stock, I wanted to gift these items but they won’t keep for my daughters birthday. They will need to be consumed before then !

I am so disappointed and angry about the three glass jar popcorn which still hasn't arrived at my address yet. I made an order on 18th Dec (order confirmation: ref. 727063). I was planning to give this popcorn to my lovely friends and family as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, Christmas ended and I still haven't received it. I will never buy anything from this company anymore.

Small bags of overpriced average popcorn with weird tasting chocolate. Don’t be fooled by the hype.

I have contacted the customer services twice before writing this review, but I haven't received any response. I purchased the advent calendar as a gift and was disappointed to hear that on opening door#1 there was a perfectly sealed packet with no popcorn! I also read a review on another website that distributes this product and their experience was the same. I know mistakes happen but a response would have been appreciated with some form of rectification, sadly not. Will not recommend this company

Not delivered as notified….still waiting 8 days since order, 4 days since next day delivery notification. Disappointed as was for a birthday gift that’s now passed. Cannot comment on product as don’t have it! Odd to have been sent this link to make a review!

The only reason we purchased was out of curiosity to see what the ‘hype’ was all about with Gourmet popcorn…it’s just popcorn which has been coated in some extra stuff; hardly worth the price tag associated with it; just as well it was a freebie! To top this off, the logistics of this company are lame; it took 10 days to deliver the item…10 days!!! They need to work on the dispatch and processing of orders and review their pricepoint.

I am a returning customer after all the excellent experiences I have previously had with the product and the company. Unfortunately my experience is poor this time. When I opened the package the glass jar was already broken. I had contacted the company on the same day I received the package. No response as of today.
