I bought a savoury & sweet selection for Christmas gifts, putting a caramel & belgium chocolate aside. Lovely flavour but would only buy as a treat due to value vs weight.

All our popcorn is made by hand using the finest quality, all natural ingredients. We take care to source premium ingredients, including extra-large mushroom corn kernels because we believe that they produce the best-tasting popcorn. Unfortunately I still haven't received it due to UPS customs clearance. Because of the shipping address, they thought I was ordering as a company, they didn't notify me, but sent it to a non-functional email address without any chance of my asking and changing it and waiting for the import order, luckily I had someone in my circle of friends who is more experienced in this matter and came to my rescue, the package is supposedly on its way somewhere and I am still waiting for the goodies with great curiosity. I phoned them two times (they are very difficult to reach in general, the website and emails are not helpful) to get the process straight and they were not helpful at all to get me the package as soon as possible. And I swear I wasn't grumpy. :D Approximately when can the expiry date be? Sorry for the 4 stars, when it arrives I will definitely review the product as I can see You are doing a good job and I am really rooting for your continued success.

I have given 4stars as I have not tried the products myself., they are Christmas gifts. The popcorn is for my son-in-law who raves about the apple and cinnamon flavor and the chocolate fountain for my grandson. Do I need to use oil with the chocolate fountain and can any chocolate be used please? All in all the parcel arrived within a few days of ordering and I know they will be excited when they open them on Christmas morning.

I enjoyed all the flavours in this collection except the coffee and walnut flavoured one.It could just be my taste buds but it wasn't as enjoyable as all the other flavours I go completely mad over and certainly won't put me off buying this favourite brand of popcorn.

As you know I purchase a lot from Joe and Sephs but I was a bit disappointed with my last purchase too many hard kernels in each pack never had this problem before an odd one maybe but to be honest at least about 8 or 9 in each so that's my issue but hopefully if others have had a problem it will be resolved as I really enjoyed them before hope to purchase again soon regards Liz Murray

Love the salted caramel and double salted caramel. Very prompt response and delivery. Disappointed to have to eat popcorn very carefully. At least one piece in each bag so far has had a centre which is like rock and could damage teeth. I know that’s a very, very small amount but it removes the carefree spontaneity of eating the popcorn. I have never noticed this in the past when I’ve bought through QVC. I will give it another chance after I have got through my present stock and hope this has been a temporary blip.

Tastes are generally pretty nice. Packaging seems a little ott but the product just about justifies it.

I ordered the Halloween Bundle I loved the Salted Caramel, went down very well, and would be my main purchase. The Pumpkin spice was nice, too much Cinnamon for our taste The Caramel and White Chocolate was nice, only as a treat
