“Unfortunately when pop corn was delivered last week it was left by our front door in the sun, so the white chocolate and raspberry popcorn had melted. We left it in packet till chocolate had hardened. So then had a lump of popcorn. It still tasted good but meant we did not really get the proper experience of the pop corn. This was just unfortunate.”

“Excellent customer service There was a mix up with my order and I recieved the wrong popcorn, however, I contacted their customer service and the problem was quickly resolved and I recieved the correct order after a few days. Most of the popcorn was delicious though I will say I think the mac and cheese popcorn is an acquired taste. All in all a good experience and I may consider buying from Joe and Sephs again in the future.”

“The snacks were great - esp the Eton mess. Less Keen on the mince pie which was chewy and stuck to teeth. Only issue was a week before order placement and dispatch which may have been due to the Vodafone offer, but will order again for sure. Very nice, and reccomended.”

“Lovely delicious popcorn. I’ve had a few delivery problems but I on contacting customer service replacements have been sent out very speedily and efficiently to continue my enjoyment of this gorgeous popcorn.”

“Mainly lovely as always however I was disappointed with the mince pie one. My instant reaction was that it was out of date although on checking it definitely wasn't. The texture wasn't crunchy like popcorn. More chewy/soft.”
