Item never turned up. Emailed to ask for an update but was told royal mail have back logs and my order would be no later than 5th Nov. Its now 11th. Very disappointed.

Order placed over 3 weeks ago and still not received. Had to report as still no delivery. Then they re send order 24hrs tracking with Royal mail. On email says Royal Mail will email you a tracking confirmation. Item dispatched 3 days ago and no tracking information and still no delivery. Very poor service and won't use again.

Tastes are generally pretty nice. Packaging seems a little ott but the product just about justifies it.

The popcorn came in good time and all the popcorn flavours that were in this bundle were so tasty. I definitely recommend Joe and Sephs to anyone.
