All you can taste is sugar the flavours are ruined by it. Also rhw popcorn comes across a bit soft

The flavors of my most recent order were not appealing to me. I was really excited to try the grilled cheese but didn't find it to taste like grilled cheese at all. I disposed of every flavor after tasting.

Purchase on Joe&seph’s, website 20 packets variety popcorn on your site Could not fault it really nice to eat just purchased it on qvc 2boxes of six packets It was terrible hard bits in most of the packets Just can’t understand why this has happened On this occasion very disappointed probably this may be the last time for me

I am here from Australia and braught Caramel and White Chocolate popcorn when I was in Wales just opened it and it is stale, I am so disappointed as I had heard how yummy it was, I am sorry but I think you need to know thank you maggiecooper888@gmail.com

Bought Eaton Mess Gourmet Popcorn from Selfridges. Disappointing. Too sweet and the pop corn too soft. Although the taste of strawberries was a nice surprise.

I have bought this salted caramel pop corn regularly with my online shop for a long time and love it as a special treat but am stopping buying for a while as too expensive for not all of it to be edible…..last 3 bags have had far too many ‘tooth threatening’ half blown kernel’s….within a corn that looks popped! Maybe a bad batch but annoying to have to spit out bits and husks - spoiling my carefree popcorn enjoyment ! I notice from previous reviews I am not the only one……I did email before placing this review but no response but you can’t put things right if you don’t know! Perhaps you have a new supplier ? Thank you

Dreadful, my delivery of Easter chocolates took ages to arrive, the chocolates were all smashed up, as was the packaging - the box these had been delivered in was in tact, showing these items were knowingly sent in a dreadful damaged state.

Love the salted caramel and double salted caramel. Very prompt response and delivery. Disappointed to have to eat popcorn very carefully. At least one piece in each bag so far has had a centre which is like rock and could damage teeth. I know that’s a very, very small amount but it removes the carefree spontaneity of eating the popcorn. I have never noticed this in the past when I’ve bought through QVC. I will give it another chance after I have got through my present stock and hope this has been a temporary blip.

Hi I am sooooo very disappointed in your lack of customer service. I love your popcorn but I am still waiting for your response from 20th December 2022. I did not receive my order! I have emailed you numerous times, even written a letter but still, no word at all from you, just auto responses. Please can someone respond. Fresh desk will not let me access it to see what the ticket numbers say, so any response through that I cannot see.

For the latest email you sent, the new ticket for that is 33089. In this case, we have replied again. Hi there Firstly, I just wanted to say that I have always been really impressed with your popcorn. Unfortunately this time it is a lack of delivery and lack of response issue. I ordered your popcorn festive slab for Christmas, due to royal mail strikes you sent it by evri instead... I never received it. I emailed you on 21st Dec to report this, no response, I emailed again on 21st Jan, no response other than auto reply. then on 21st Feb I posted you a letter with my details on it, still no rep!y. I was given two ticket numbers in the Dec and Jan auto response but unable to access this freshdesk thing. Very disappointed. Can you help please.

Normally good, last few packets very stale and not good at all. Hard and awful to eat. No sell by date anywhere to found on the products so it may be out of date. Emailed the company to complain.
