“Received a whole joblot of electronic items which did not work at all. Other joblots were great but when it comes to electrical they're not tested at all and a lot of the time don't work. These should be tested and specified as faulty”

“I am very unhappy will not deal again with JLI, the items not fit for purpose (meat grinders) how can JLI be allowed to sell other peoples casts off I.E. that are only suitable for the bin, main parts missing off both of them the grinder, what a sham!!!”

“Disapointed with my last 2 different purchases. First order: I bought dog beds and plates racks and I received dog beds and snow boots. Racks for plates ca make sales all year round. Snow boot are very hard to sell in February at 12 C. Conclusion: half of my money are wasted because I can't aford to store the boots for 9 months. Second order: I bought push retainer clips and white magnetic double sided dry wipe boards. I received magnetic double sided dry wipe boards with brown frame. Dry wipe doard are not as presented on auction page. Conclusion: Modern and bright white dry wipe boards with eraser and 5 markers are more easy to sell than dark brown dry wipe boards with 3 markers with no eraser.”

“The website was good and delivery was smooth. Ultimately though, the mixed pallets that I ordered didn't match the description of the manifest to quite a significant degree... I am missing 2 King size beds with a value of £500 from one pallet. Other items were damaged, which I appreciate is the risk you take. Over all I'm not impressed”

“It’s always a gamble when making bids due to customer returns which could be damaged or simply not working. Sadly my last couple of purchases had a lot of items received in poor condition which ended up in the bin. Pointless contacting CS as it’s part of the T&C’s and risk you take.”

“They are not bad, but they cheat a little on the descriptions of the pallets, a few times I had a discrepancy, there was always something missing on the pallet, and not only on the pallet, cardboard boxes, broken, not badly packed”

“This company has a get-out clause for anything it sells, for instance on the site it says King size 150x200 i bid and win i receive a double, i complain and ask for swap , there reply is refer to T's & C's and says sizes can vary, ok I ordered again the same product thinking they can't do it again but they did sent another double. You don't necessarily pay a lot for goods but you do pay a lot for postage. I've still bought from site because sometimes you get a good product mostly it's not good value, think twice if it's customer return you may think you ordered a char but it might only come with 3 legs. Only got 2 stars because some things are good value”
