Old used DIRTY products bought on Mini auction. Missing parts etc too. I didn’t read the condition of sale correctly. I don’t think I will use this site again.

Got a box of brand new items . Retail price was supposed to be 574£ because the items were listed as XL size . When I’ve got the box ,they were actually L size so the retail price would’ve been 474£ . I’m not sure if this was done on purpose to inflate the price or it’s been a simple mistake but one thing is certain : they not gonna take this into consideration as their T&C say that they are not responsible for this . Be aware of the money that you spend on this site as apparently this is a true gamble as you never know what you gonna get no matter what is listed on the manifest.

Very unfair treatment on customers for not paying a won bid on time. You should be sending reminder notifications to ensure customers make payments on time instead of suspending customers' accounts. Nevertheless, the time frame for payment after a winning bid has now decreased. Which doesn't make the bidding attractive anymore.

24 hour threshold on payments are too strict! While I understand a limit needs to be imposed - losing my account as a direct result of the unfortunate limits imposed by my disability, (which caused me to miss said deadline), seems rather unfair - especially given, that I also lost out on the items I was interested in and had won for a great price! I would say, losing out on the purchase of these won items, is in itself, a sufficiently harsh penalty, for missing the 24hr payment deadline imposed.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm sorry but we have a set payment period for all auctions that cannot be altered for individual customers, and if a bid has not been paid within this time then it will be cancelled. This is advised in all email notifications regarding your won bids, as well as in our Terms of Auction.

I was originally hooked on the bidding rather than the items which were very exciting. Unfortunately, when the items began arriving it was clear they had been rifled through, 90% of the toner and cartridges were empty, clothes looked like they had been worn for months, items marked as expensive when opened had cheaper versions of them in and the RRP pricing on the goods was a bit out of sort and a lot of the items were actually cheaper than what they were stating. My bigger problem was the website, I suffer from PTSD and within days of the purchase, all the manifests on the mini job lots disappear so you didn't know exactly what was in a successful bid of 12 items or 20 items which was very off-putting for me as a disabled person, as I can still confidently state some items I never received to this day but I won't dwell on it. Realistically, they should stop selling the toners and cartridges and they should go back to the manufacturer otherwise we are dumping tonnes of them in domestic waste which is not nice. Would I use them again? Probably not, the payment system within 24 hours is ridiculous, it would mean small items that are bid like in the computer category I would have to constantly keep paying the high cost of postage for every item, and when on the won bid list when you click to buy all, you don't get all your won bids just the ones for that particular page, the postage charges alone were astronomical.

We have since updated the payment window to 36hrs/1.5days from the time an auction ends (please note that if you are adding multiple items to your basket these need to be paid for within this timeframe for each of the auctions). Purchased pallet via auction and I can describe what I received as rifled through, it was returns but clearly the goods had been abused, over 20 of 120 items were bent and broken due to the state of the pallet and the way it was packed, 90% of the items were just hanging out of the ripped packaging, clearly no care for the end user. Have also purchased new smaller liquidation boxes, again the products were opened and scribbled all over, delivery company had abused the boxes so some items squashed. I understand the plus or minus 5% on all lots however every purchase I have made is minus, clearly someone has cherry picked the items out they want.
