I’ve cube maker didn’t work at all .it leaked everywhere and blew fuse in my kitchen .will not be ordering anything again

Won a bid on an airfryer. When it arrived it was completey broken, was missing the dial at the top and was filthy, obviously used heavily! When I contacted customer service they said it was my fault as I had bid on a customer return item and they don't check them. I understand now that this is part of their terms and conditions but still feel there is some level of responsibility on their behalf to ensure that items on their site are in, at least, a usable, clean condition. I now have a box full of useless broken parts and am £50 down. The lack of care and/or understanding from the staff I spoke to was shameful.

Arrived today took about 2 weeks to come, I paid for a box it's was massive the product was tiny so was very unnecessary. And the product doesn't even work one of the motors doesn't turn do it's a pointless purchase

The item was smashed to pieces and covered in grease it looks like you pulled it out a skip. This not a customer return. If it was plugged it would be dangerous. I will be reporting you to trading standards. Absolutely disgraceful.

Unmanifested pilots are a scam I bought an unmanifested pilot worth £524 and it contained 109 advent calenders containing food items which were all past their Best Before date. It was not mentioned in the description as other auction websites do. I would advise to stay away from unmanifested pilots!

Never received item and wrote online to yourselves and Don’t pissing deliver AKA DPD bloody cowboys. The driver delivered to wrong address and phoned DPD customer services who promised faithfully driver would pick it back up from the wrong address and deliver it back to me, that was last Friday👏👏👏🤬🤬🤬🤬. No apology off them or yourselves. I got asked to leave a review and rating on their site, they have a 1.2 out of 5 rating and you can’t give them lower than 1 star, so realistically they’re somewhere between 0 and 1 star, what a great delivery company you deal with, a f#^¥ing absolute joke.

Both electrical items I ordered were defective 1 of them didn’t even work. I know you specify that items may be damaged or faulty but I feel you could do more by putting it in the titles of auctions. As underneath my address on the boxes you could see where it was sent before send clearly see where it says defective so there’s an awareness on your part there faulty

I ordered a dart but the dart wasn't In it, only the led light around the dart, also on a same order I ordered 7 led lamp but I received 5, never order from this website again

Everything they sell unusable, Chinese counterfeit items, parts are missing, bags are completely thoarned, the leg is missing in the chair. Customer support don't do refunds
