“Very good clear and knowledgeable on the phone. Prompt service turned up when promised. Wasps nest was very efficiently and completely removed with a calm very competent manner. Though the job was a little more than expected that is the nest was in a tricky position, no fuss was made and no extra charge asked for. I would certainly recommend them.”

“My mouse problem was complicated but the JG operative suggested a solution which we agreed. I have just received my third promised visit and the mice have gone! The staff were helpful and knowledgable and the matter was conducted with a minimum of disruption. I would use JG again in a similar situation.”

“In May we had a small nest of honey bees in a bush near the patio. We were concerned about our son’s dog getting stung and it needed removing. JGPest Control came out and carefully removed the nest into a box and treated the bush with a repellent in case of stray bees. They were to be released in the countryside. It did the job, no more bees in the bush. We were pleased with the whole process and excellent customer service.”

“They were so friendly when they came out and took their time to explain what they were doing , the gentleman did not rush me into anything and I felt so relaxed with him . It was so nice to have someone who did not just treat me like I was stupid , he was an asset to the company”
