“Excellent customer service. I was notified that the wallpaper I'd ordered was out of stock and could take a few weeks. Given the choice of a refund or to wait, I decided to wait and was delighted when it arrived only a few days later.”

“I was impressed with the choices of fabrics available. I am delighted with my roman blind.The baton was slightly warped but it hasn't affected how the blind hangs. It was easy to install ourselves. The price was half of some of the other sites I looked at even though they claimed to be sale prices. The only thing which could be improved would be keeping the customer updated on how their order is progressing as i had to email to find out when my blind was due to be delivered.I knew it would take a few weeks but just a little note on progression would be appreciated. Thank you though as I love my blind”

“I have purchased wallpaper from Jane Clayton recently and was very impressed with the service. Halve of my order was not available at the time of ordering but arrived much sooner than was expected. Well done would definitely order with them again. The product looks lovely very pleased with the result.”

“I have always receive an excellent level of service from the staff. WEBSITE: There is a wealth of items to choose from on the webite. However as a consequence the search facility on the website could be made more "user friendly". It would help if the website offered items that would compliment those being viewed. SAMPLES: Samples can take a variable time to arrive; 1 week to 4-5 weeks. Sometimes samples are never received so it is useful to keep track but this has to be done by the Customer. PRODUCT: Once an order is placed the item is delivered very rapidly.”

“We had trouble fitting the Roman blinds that we ordered and suggest that the instructions provided could be more detailed, perhaps with a video. But we received excellent, responsive service throughout, ending with a video call with a very helpful fitter and a workaround solution to the problem. Highly recommended!”
