“A very positive experience, item I wished to order was out of stock so I went with a product that coukd be sent out immediately and my experience with customer service via email and phone was extremely helpful, lovely and polite staff. How it should be.”

“Excellent service - via a phone call the respondent who immediately checked the availability of the wallpaper we were looking for (one extra roll). She was able to tell us there were just three left of the current batch and ordered one for us - which arrived a few days later. Wonderful, and particularly so given this all happened under Covid-19 lockdown! John”

“Very pleased to receive my wallpaper - very well packed too. Also pleased not to have the ridiculous postage some firms add on for items to Highlands, as we live on the mainland (!) and very often items can be sent to the very South of England, which will be further away than here.”
