“Checked a few wood turning companies for quality and price, and Jackson seemed to be the best. Put in my order, and comfirmed it by phone. Arrived 3 days later all in good condition, the turning and woodwork are quality made would recommend Ken Bates,”

“I purchased on line, my address didn't fully register, they called me to verify my address rather than just sending an email like so many other companies. They then advised my order was being sent out on the van as it was in my area. Due to this, I then placed another order for larger items over the phone! A great company to deal with, excellent products, friendly staff and well priced. Thank you.”

“Very impressed with their customer service. I needed some advice on how to fit a handrail part and the member of staff I communicated with was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were also able to send out the products I needed sooner than I expected. Glad to see good old fashioned customer service is still alive and kicking somewhere! 👍🏻👍🏻”

“ID spindels were left on the web site for sale as instock even though they had been discontinued and only had 2 of these stair spindels in stock. I was given the option of ordering these at a price of £ 30.50 plus VAT each instead of £6.50 each All a bit devious.”

“Excellent product, beautifully made. Let down by delivery company as they said they couldn’t access home when I was in all day but contacted Jackson’s wood turners company who were responsive, apologetic and sorted immediately. Delivery rearranged for next working day. Ordered 2.12.24. Delivery expected 6.12.24. Arrived 9.12.24”
