“Our dealings with Jackson Woodturners was an excellent process. The ordering, the help on the phone with one or two intricate questions, to the prompt delivery made dealing with this company a joy. Not only that, we had to return some items due to over-ordering. These were returned slightly outside of the timeframe and they still honoured a full refund against these items. This was processed quickly and without any fuss and bother. I would definitely recommend using this company to friends and family, or anyone who reads this review - you won't be disappointed.”

“Really easy to order and friendly customer service when I needed to add to my order. Very well packaged for delivery and arrived on the selected day. The products are excellent quality, we renovated the stairs at our previous property and I was sad to leave the beautiful oak behind, so I couldn’t wait to replace the 60’s staircase in our new home. Would always use Jackson’s for stair parts, they are excellent.”
