“Really nice oak edging, minor damage to one piece but it was towards the end of the plank. It’s not cheap but nothing is these days. Very fast delivery, but the carrier is useless. Left it a neighbour’s house and put no card through to let us know??”

“I have used Jacksons Woodturners on a number of occations they are very professional & the service is always reliable. However I do find the delivery service not so good as I always make a note to leave out of sight by my workshop but the driver chosses to ignor this or has not been told to & leaves it on my drive in full view of the busy road!”

“Incorrect coloured stair parts were sent and unfortunately fitted by my carpenter before being detected by me. The colour change was subtle but meant the stair parts looked more gold instead of nickel (possible batch issue). They should never have been sent in first place since they were sent alongside other nickel plated stair parts that were correct. I would have had to pay my carpenter again to remove the parts and for them to be despatched and so instead asked JW to possibly compensate me in another way however all they offered was a free delivery”
