Good mornig Stephen, I am sorry that you were unhappy to have spoken to more than one staff member. We do have 3 staff working within the sales department and if your original operator is off or with another customer we like to think that all our opertaors can pick up from where a colleague left off. We trust you were happy with the final result. We are of course, always happy to receive feedback.

“Ordered new Newel crome & oak post caps from Jackson Woodturnes. Good prompt service and excellent quality! the crome is heavy duty with a nice oak inlay. If I had more stairs I would be back”

“I had problems with the delivery of the items by your courier. They left part of the order in Rotherham depot. The part that was needed first! 5 out of 6 items were delivered on time. The missing part was in Bury depot at 2:00 am the following day but the courier did not deliver that day. It's was delivered the day after that. The inconvenience was having to wait in on three days not being able to continue with work elsewhere. I called yourselves and DX and no one was able to advise when it would arrive. Useless! I appreciate that you have no control over the delivery and I'm happy with everything else but wasted time costs me.”

“How wonderful this company is I made a mistake on my order contacted them and got to speak with a lady called Joanne she was so helpful rectified my order so I had the right product which by the way are top quality the grain in the spindles is lovely and even managed to get my order sent with one of their super delivery people the next day. I like to give credit we’re it is due this firm is excellent and Joanne you are a credit to them in every way. Returns so simple and price the best would highly recommend them. A-big thank you”

“The bannister I ordered was oak, when it arrived I only opened the end to make sure it was the right style and colour before the carpenter came to fit to avoid it getting damaged. When I got home to the work completed, straight away there is join lines in the bannister with obvious lines and colour differences. I contacted Jackson and wasn’t listened to and my last email I didn’t even get a reply. Ruined my experience and what was meant to be a great room renovation turned into something that looks dreadful”

Good morning Victoria, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our products. We do always endeavour to replace or refund our customers whenever they are unhappy with a product or a product is damaged before any installation. Unfortunately, once the product is fitted, as yours was, by your joiner, the product has been accepted as seen. So I am sorry that we were unable to refund you on this occasion.

Good Morning Christopher, I remember that you did pay for AM delivery and we did refund this payment to you once we realised that DX had not delivered to you on time. We do despatch to our couriers on the day we promise to customers and unfortunately, on occasion, the couriers are unable, for various reasons, to deliver on the date requested. So we are sorry that you did not get your delivery on the date requested on this occasion.

“Excellent quality and the rails are now fitted. Docked one star because the delivery team left the rails and brackets on the drive without making any contact with the house. The delivery request on the order made it clear that help would be needed. My wife 85 and myself 90 had to lift them into the garage”
