“Ordered a variety of replacement Newel post caps, half, square and double sizes. Bought the solid oak ones. Very neat and precisely milled, the website is easy to use and the caps delivered a few days after ordering. would definitely buy from Jackson’s again if the need arose.”

“Great quality product and packaged well but not impressed that the delivery/courier did not ring the doorbell and goods were left on the front doorstep leaving my wife having to get a neighbour to carry the goods indoors as too heavy for her to lift. The goods could have so easily been stolen.”

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the courier service and that your wife was left to carry the heavy goods indoors. “Excellent product. It matches exactly the existing handrail and so do the supplied fittings. All were delivered in a very short time after ordering. See photo - new rail on right, existing rail on left.”

“Sadly poor quality wood with many of our spindles having knots all the way through providing weakness which so far has resulted in three snapped spindles which leave a notable safety hazard for small children.”
