“Very quick delivery, on a day of our choice. Though we did spend a lot of money so free delivery would be good if spending over a certain amount. We realised after our online order that we needed some more parts, so as it was out of hours we left a message, thinking we'd have to pay for 2nd delivery, but they got back to us first thing in the morning and was able to add to our order without problems. We are very pleased with the fusion range. Only criticism is on the box for the glass panels it states instructions inside but there aren't any?”

“I found the Jackson Woodturners website thanks to the deficiencies in one of their competitor's websites. As this other site wasn't working that well, I rand the contact number and nobody answering the phone. I used Google to look for an alternative and found Jackson Woodturners. I am so happy that I found them as their website is good to use but in addition, for a carpentry novice like me, they also have a phone number which is staffed by people who can understand your requirement and help you with your order. They guys on the phone were really helpful and 48 hours after I placed my order, I had all the pieces that my chippie needed to build me a beautiful staircase. For the help they provided, quality of product, competitive prices and customer service, I would put Jackson Woodturners at the top of your list when buying a staircase.”

“Although not the cheapest, this is a really good supplier. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately their national carriers (local to us in South Wales) branch failed to deliver on the agreed date and caused us no end of trouble. They even tried to say they had delivered it when they knew they hadn't.”
