“The staff were extremely helpful, accelerating my order delivery timescale. I over-ordered slightly and Jackson Woodturners were happy to accept my returns and reimburse the cost of these items. Unfortunately, the Driver from DX couriers basically threw the order out into our garden and couldn't get away quickly enough.”

“The product was exactly what I needed. The website wasnā€™t brilliantly helpful as there werenā€™t enough pictures or dimensions for me to completely check compatibility but I took a chance and it paid off. Iā€™ve only given 3 stars because shipment was extremely slow and as much as the product cost. If Iā€™m going to have to spend almost Ā£8 on shipping I expect it to arrive within 48 hours not a week later.”
