“Have used several times now. No fuss, easy to order and turns up when it is supposed to. Far more competively priced than most builders merchants selling stair parts and indeed other stair part merchants. Will be using as main source from hereon in.”

“Ordered a modern oak handrail and newel caps for our stair case renovation. Was the cheapest around and such a good quality. Delivered on time. Contacted customer service to add on matching screw button covers for the newel posts and was done no trouble. Really pleased and have already recommended. Finished handrail with Treatex Hardwax oil clear which gives a warmer tone to the oak as per photo.”

“Product is great and looks good installed. My only negative comment is that unlike most deliveries I was not given an estimated time, just a whole day delivery window.”

“Very pleased with the products and service we received from Jackson woodturners. Ordered a bannister set with glass panels and unfortunately 1 pane of glass arrived broken but this was promptly dealt with and the replacement arrived the next day. Really enhances our hallway. Many thanks for the excellent service we received.”
